If you have downloaded the IndicJoomla! 1.0.4 distribution before January 1st 2006, you might run into this error that says

This site is temporarily unavailable.
Please notify the System Administrator

Solution:

 To resolve this problem, delete configuration.php file that is distributed with the IndicJoomla! 1.0.4 distribution. That should take care of this error and should take you to the installation of IndicJoomla!
